We have thousands and thousands of days on set each year. We believe that by having Professional Photos and completing the Certified Training will give you the best opportunity to land roles in the Industry. So if you do not get offered at least one paid opportunity after paying for a photoshoot and training, we will refund your fee subject to the terms and conditions below.

This guarantee only applies to those who are 18 years of age or older.

What constitutes not being offered an opportunity?

(a) Receiving no offers of work either by email or text message OR
(b) Receiving availability checks and replying YES to the majority and not being offered a day on set

Terms & Conditions

1. To activate a potential refund

In order to receive a refund, you need to do the following:

1.1 Login to your account within ONE month of creating it.

1.2 Completing all relevant information, including Name, Gender, Date of Birth, PPS Number, Contact details, All your measurements, Good quality headshot and long shot (you need to get a minimum rating of 4 for these photos). You need to be eligible for all work offerings to include Fair City and promotional opportunities. All this information has to remain on your account for the period of your membership.

1.3 Within four months of creating an account - if you have not been offered an opportunity send an email to with the following information:
(a) Subject line - No offers of work
(b) Your name and contact details
We will respond within 5 working days to this email to confirm receipt of your email. if you have not received this email, you need to email with your details again.

1.4 If after 12 months you have not been offered any opportunities, you need to email with your details within 30 days of your account expiring.

1.5 There will be no refund applicable unless ALL the above has been fully adhered to.

1.6 If you are from outside the EEA, you need to have provided the required documentation that you have a valid right to work within one month of setting up an account.

You might ask why there is this process, it is because it gives us an opportunity to review your profile and give you recommendations on how to optimise your profile.
