What is it all about?
This training course will feature top Industry Professionals and a special guest speaker from the TV and Film industry. This workshop on June 21st will feature Tommy Ellis of Velvet Voice Studios and Eva-Jane Gaffney from Louise Kiely Casting. Special guest speaker will be "Fair City" Series Producer Shirley Dalton.
Each speaker will deliver an hour’s presentation on their field of expertise, including Audition and Casting for TV, Film and Commercials, Voiceover, and a unique insight into the day-to-day workings, procedure and dynamics of the Film industry.

RTE TV Series Producer - Shirley Dalton
Shirley is Series Producer of long running RTE Soap "Fair City." As Series Producer, she has a thorough knowledge of the overall process of bringing quality drama to our screens - from Production and Story to the ‘marriage’ of all the different departments that ensure the smooth and successful flow of production. A terrific opportunity to learn from an Industry professional with in depth knowledge garnered from years of experience in the field.
Louise Kiely Casting - Eva-Jane Gaffney
As well as being an Actress & DJ, Eva-Jane has been a Casting Assistant with Louise Kiely Casting since 2013, working on productions such as Sing Street, Red Rock & The Lobster. Louise Kiely Casting are the Industry Leader for Acting & Lead roles in Film, TV & Commercial Productions.
Eva-Jane has also appeared as an Actress in Red Rock, Sing Street & What Richard Did so attendees will gain an invaluable insight into the world of Film, TV & Advertising from someone who has worked on both sides of the camera in high level productions!
Velvet Voice - Tommy Ellis
With over 15 years experience in the industry, Tommy Ellis is one of the best in the business when it comes to VoiceOver training, preparation and casting Voice Over roles. Tommy is best known for his work with McDonalds, AIB, The Irish Times and more.
The Voice Over Industry is incredibly competitive and Tommy is the man that will give you an invaluable insight into that world. This taster course will be perfect for those of you thinking about moving into Voice Over work to see if you have what it takes.
