Presented by Louise Kiely Casting, this course will cover what to expect in an audition, how to introduce yourself to camera and the director and developing an on-camera commercial persona. Learn the appropriate performance readiness skills and how to understand the vocabulary of an audition.

Louise Kiely Casting

Louise Kiely has built her reputation as one of Ireland’s leading casting directors. This year alone she has cast a number of up-and-coming Irish actors in successful films, including Jack Reynor in the critically acclaimed ‘What Richard Did’, as well as the upcoming BBC series ‘Quirke’, and the newly released 'Sing Street'. 

Eva-Jane Gaffney

The workshop will be presented by Eva-Jane Gaffney. As well as being an Actress & DJ, Eva-Jane has been a Casting Assistant with Louise Kiely Casting since 2013, working on productions such as Sing Street, Red Rock & The Lobster. Louise Kiely Casting are the Industry Leader for Acting & Lead roles in Film, TV & Commercial Productions. 

Eva-Jane has also appeared as an Actress in Red Rock, Sing Street & What Richard Did so attendees will gain invaluable insight into the process of Auditions and Casting from someone who has worked on both sides of the camera in high level productions!
