MovieExtras.ie Support Centre – Training

The MovieExtras.ie Training is a Certified course on getting you ready to go on set. It covers health and safety, what to prepare to go on set and what to expect on set. There are a number of productions that we work with that require all the extras to have gone through this training. It is only available to those with a paid membership. 

The training is NOT accessible through your profile. You will receive an email between 5 to 10 working days of when you register with a link to the training, this will bring to a different website to MovieExtras.ie. 

I have not received my login details to the MovieExtras.ie Training?

Training is only available to those who have a paid account. It is not available to those who have applied for a role via Open Casting.

If you are a paid member, it may take up to a week to receive your training details. Please check your junk mail, as your details may have been sent there

I signed up for a role via the Open Casting, and I have not received a password for the training module.

I can’t login into the training site?

To reset your training password, please click “Forgotten your username or password?”. Enter your email address and you will automatically be sent a new password. Please sign in with new password within 30 mins of receiving it or it will not work.

Please note that this password will ONLY work on https://training.movieextras.ie, it won’t affect your password for your MovieExtras.ie profile.

As a family can we take the training together?

Yes, if you wish to take the training together that is fine.
