Welcome to another bursting at the seams with brilliance edition of the MovieExtras.ie Ezine. I’ll be your tour guide for today’s visit, and, as always, if you any questions – and questions AT ALL – don’t be afraid to keep them to yourself. Flash photography is strictly forbidden, we allow no food or drink, smoking is out, woodlands creatures are more of a bother than their worth, and, as a rule, the very mention of Jedward, Vanilla Ice and co. qualifies you for an immediate – and rough – ejection from the premises via a fourth story window. So, let’s get the show on the road.

To your left, you’ll see a review of the quirky, critically acclaimed Peter Jackson drama, ‘The Lovely Bones’. Above its right shoulder, Rachel Weisz (‘The Constant Gardener’, ‘About a Boy’) offers a candid interview about her spell on very same film (‘The Lovely Bones’). A little further down the hall, we’ll ask Where Is Edward Burns Now? Rest areas along the tour are, of course, littered with Did you know? Snippets of movie trivia, the very latest in home-spun movie news and gossip - and a thermostat powered not by mercury, but solely by the successes, or failures, of Irish-born movie stars. (There’s just no stopping science, is there?) The rest you can figure out for yourselves because, frankly, it’s Maltester Cheesecake day in the canteen and I promised my face a good stuffing.
