Marketing & Business Development for MovieExtras.ie

Ireland's leading agency for Film, TV & Commercial opportunities is now hiring a Marketing & Business Development Assistant for a full time role. 

We are looking for someone to join to the team in a full time capacity to assist in the management of all Marketing activity. 

Areas that you will be involved with:

· Marketing – Website Design, Promotion and Collateral

· Online Marketing – Social Media strategy development and implementation, SEO, Google Adword Campaigns

· Business Development – Assist in the expansion strategies for 2016

· Communication Strategy – Work with Director to support strategy creation and implementation across all mediums

· Offline Marketing - DM Campaigns and Domestic and International PR

· Competitor Analysis

· Ad hoc assistance to various other departments of the company including casting if required

MovieExtras.ie is Ireland's leading online supplier of extras, actors and models to the film, television and advertising industries. Recent and ongoing productions include AMC's Into the Badlands, Fair City, BBC's Little Women, The Widow, The Professor & The Madman, Striking Out.

The company is growing at an increasing rate, with some very exciting opportunities and further expansion in 2017 & 2018.

Other Business

We are in the processing of developing two new business which you will be involved with. This will give you a great insight into building a business from concept to launch.

Role Requirements:

Essential Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communications skills, particularly with online content
  • Target driven approach and ability to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Search engine optimisation skills would be an advantage but not a requirement

Candidate 

The candidate should be enthusiastic, self motivated and results driven.

Experience in marketing, business development, sales, etc would be beneficial but is not a requirement.    

Job type

Full time, Monday to Friday (flexibility is important though)

Salary

Negotiable depending on experience. Basic salary and commission based upon targets.

Location

Currently based in Beechwood Close, Bray, Co Wicklow.
