Accounts Office Manager – Join Our Team in Bray!

From payroll and HR to casting days and compliance, this full-time role is perfect for someone experienced, detail-focused, and ready to jump in.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Office Manager to join our busy and fast-paced office in Bray, Co. Wicklow.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • - Prepping reports for our accountant and for management.
  • - Keeping an eye on our bank activity.
  • - Sending out invoices, credit notes, and looking after credit control.
  • - Paying our suppliers and processing & paying supplier invoices.
  • - Maintaining the sales and purchases ledgers.
  • - Running payroll: weekly for casual staff, monthly for full-time staff.
  • - Managing HR tasks like hiring, onboarding, and employee queries.
  • - Staying on top of labour laws (we’ll help you with this).
  • - Handling employment permits and WRC licence applications.
  • - Responding to daily queries via Freshdesk.
  • - Helping to organise our monthly photoshoots and casting days.

What We’re Looking For:

  • - Someone with solid experience in a similar role.
  • - A good understanding of payroll and Irish employment laws.
  • - Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and accounting software.
  • - Organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver.
  • - A friendly communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.

Salary: Depending on experience.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am – 5:30pm Mon–Fri, plus one Saturday a month.
