Social Media & Marketing Assistant for MovieExtras.ie

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing Team of MovieExtras.ie, Ireland’s leading agency for Film & TV opportunities.

We are really busy and have lots of new productions starting soon so we're looking for someone to come aboard and hit the ground running!

You maybe assisting with sister companies of MovieExtras.ie as well.

This is a paid role based initially based from home, but when the world revolves, you may be based in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

Hours will be flexible. It can be either full time or part time depending on the candidate.

Areas that you will be involved with:

· Social Media - updating our various social media platforms with posts and blogs

· Online Marketing – Social Media strategy development and implementation, SEO, Google Adword Campaigns

· Business Development – Assist in the expansion strategies for 2021

· Communication Strategy – Work with the Director to support strategy creation and implementation across all mediums

· Assistance to various other sister companies to MovieExtras.ie - www.SweetToothHampers.ie, www.ToyHampers.ie departments of the company including casting if required

We are in the process of developing two new business which you will be involved with. This will give you a great insight into building a business from concept to launch.

Role Requirements:

Essential Skills

Strong commercial acumen
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communications skills, particularly with online content
Target driven approach and ability to work on your own or as part of a team
Search engine optimisation skills would be an advantage
Great if you have experience of Wordpress, but not essential

Candidate

The candidate should be enthusiastic, self motivated and results driven.

Experience in social media / marketing, business development, sales, etc would be a significant advantage

Job type

25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility is important though). You may be required for a Saturday once a month to assist with our monthly photoshoots.

Salary

Negotiable depending on experience.
