Customer Care & Onboarding

 

An intriguing and exciting role that involves working with three different companies. It will involve customer care, problem solving and onboarding of clients.

Based in Bray you will be working with clients from the following businesses:

(a)          MovieExtras.ie

(b)          Fundraising Boxes (Digital Platform)

(c)           Hamper Company

 

Key skill set required

-          Excellent communications

-          Ability to deal with customers and clients in a professional but friendly manner

-          Problem solving tech issues – though none of the platforms are highly technical (training will be provided)

-          Good understanding of Excel

-          Ability to prioritise tasks

 

MovieExtras.ie

Ireland’s leading Extras Agency. Involved in lots of the major productions in Ireland as well as adverts and commercial productions for some of Ireland’s leading brands.

Role includes:

-          Answering support emails and phone calls from members and productions companies

-          Review Photo's and regulatory submissions

-          Support the Accounts and Casting team.

-          Assist at the Photoshoots including creating profiles from the photoshoot, upload photos etc

 

Fundraising Solutions / Fundraising Boxes

Ireland’s leading supplier of fundraising units to Charities since 1992. Recently we have launched a fundraising digital platform to compete with International platforms.

Role includes

-          Answering support emails and phone calls from charities

-          Onboarding charities to the new platform, assisting with changes to their fundraising pages etc

-          Assisting with database work both with the charities and with the business

 

Hampers

We have a number of different hamper businesses – SweetToothHampers.ie; HampersAndGifts.ie; and ToyHampers.ie. As it is a hamper company, our busiest part of the year is from October onward.

Role includes

-          Answering support emails and phone calls from clients and members of the public

-          Liaising with DPD about delivery

-          Assisting with production where required

Full time

Possibly one Saturday a month (day in lieu offered)
