We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, forward-thinking, tech-savvy AI Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join Link Digital Innovations. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the marketing and business development operations of a brand-new tech venture from the ground up while driving growth for our established portfolio.

With our business expanding and a new AI platform in development, we need someone who can hit the ground running. This isn’t a traditional marketing role; we are looking for a marketer who views AI as their superpower—someone who uses advanced AI tools to work smarter, automate lead generation, and maintain high-quality outputs across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

What you’ll be involved with

AI-Driven Marketing & Content Execution

• Scale Content Creation: Use advanced AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI) to rapidly draft, refine, and deploy high-converting copy, blogs, newsletters, and website content
• Prompt Engineering & Brand Voice: Develop and maintain custom prompts and workflows to ensure all AI-generated content perfectly matches the distinct brand voices of FundraisingSolutions.co, our e-commerce sites, and the new tech startup
• Social Media & Omnichannel Marketing: Manage organic marketing activity and content deployment, utilizing AI to streamline scheduling, asset creation, and performance reporting

Growth, SEO & Digital Campaigns

• AI-Enhanced SEO: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page, content-led SEO strategies, leveraging AI tools to accelerate search visibility
• Paid & Organic Campaigns: Create, run, and optimize targeted digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Conversion Optimization: Design and test landing pages, CTAs, and lead-capture systems to continuously improve conversion rates

Business Development & Pipeline Automation

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Support B2B growth and partnership outreach, particularly for FundraisingSolutions.co and our upcoming AI platform
• Sales/Marketing Automation: Build and manage scalable, AI-assisted workflows for sales pipelines, automated email nurturing sequences, and CRM data management

Strategic Collaboration

• Cross-Brand Messaging: Work directly with the Director to align communication strategies across all ventures, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum operational efficiency

Essential Skills & Experience

• AI Fluency: Deep familiarity with generative AI platforms and a strong understanding of how to build repeatable, AI-driven marketing workflows
• Commercial Mindset: Target-driven and data-focused, with a proven ability to think in terms of business growth, lead generation, and ROI
• Multitasking & Agility: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to switch context seamlessly between e-commerce, fundraising, and a B2B SaaS/AI environment
• Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with a critical eye for refining AI outputs into polished, human-grade marketing assets
• Independence: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Desirable

• Experience in a fast-paced SME or startup environment
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO analytics tools
• Basic graphic design or video creation skills (enhanced by AI tools)

Job Type
